No, really, she's rocking in the chair. It's new to her, but old enough to have a story.

You'll have to check with Grammie for the official story, but if I listened to her correctly it was her chair when she was a little girl like me and it's was from her Grammie.

So here I am rocking in a chair from my Great-Great-Grammie D.

Maddie's 1st Coney

Don't worry Grammie - it wasn't crawling, you didn't miss it...she is close, not quite there yet and I'm a little hesitant of the hard wood floors. She'll have to come practice at your house again real soon - let's us know when you want company)

But she did have her first experience in a high chair restaurant during our impromptu trip to Coney Island earlier today. So impromptu, I didn't have my handy high chair cover with us (it's now going in the car so we don't have this problem again) - not to worry, I used lots of wipes to clean everything first.

She did really good - she sat like a big girl. She was wanting to eat in her high chair, but we didn't think she was quite ready for a Coney Dog yet.

Maddie is ready for some football!

Godzilla meets Peanut

Madilyn just loved meeting her new cousin, Mary. Of course, Madilyn was ready to play and Mary not so much - I think sleeping is more of her thing these days.

Give her some time Madilyn and in no time, you two will be playing together non-stop.

Madilyn's 1st real bath

Finally, a real bath...and I loved it!

It was about darn time that that umbilical cord stump came off :)

After my first "real" bath in my ducky towel that my Great Aunt Cindy gave me - she actually embroidered the little ducky on it just for me :)

Look how big I am...

Although I gained lots of weight (I'm now 10 pounds 7 ounces), I only grew a 1/2 inch :)

I'm in the 75% for my height, 75% for my head size and 90% for my weight. And the doctor was so impressed how well I can hold my head up - she said I am doing what most babies do when they are 2 months old and I am only 1 month old.
